Observation

Licensor observed an ajar door on the back deck leading into the laundry room that contained detergents and items labeled "keep out of reach of children," comet and bleach wipes underneath the bathroom sink in a cabinet that was unlocked labeled "keep out of reach of children, hair gel accessible in the unlocked bathroom drawer labeled "keep out of the reach of children," stainless steal polish underneath the kitchen sink in an unlocked cabinet labeled "keep out of reach of children", all accessible to children. Licensor observed two unlocked doors leading into non-licensed space accessible to children, a set of bathroom drawers and a cabinet underneath the bathroom sink unlocked and accessible to children, and drawers and a cabinet underneath the kitchen sink unlocked and accessible to children.
